About This Role

Togetherwork is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to serve as the voice of the market—translating customer and market insights into compelling go-to-market strategies for our suite of vertical SaaS solutions.

This leader will own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution, ensuring alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive adoption, pipeline growth, and revenue. You will play a critical role in enabling sales teams, shaping product narratives, and ensuring all initiatives are grounded in deep customer and competitive understanding.

This is a highly visible role for a leader who can command a room, communicate with clarity and conviction, and act as a credible external spokesperson for our products and markets. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong data orientation and a modern, AI-enabled approach to product marketing.

What You’ll Do

Own go-to-market strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for product launches, feature releases, and market expansions.

Define positioning and messaging: Craft clear, differentiated messaging grounded in ICP insights, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.

Enable revenue growth: Partner with Sales to deliver tools, content, and training that drive pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and win rates.

Act as the voice of the market: Synthesize market research, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform product and marketing strategy.

Lead cross-functional alignment: Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure cohesive and effective execution.

Support external presence: Represent Togetherwork in customer meetings, industry events, analyst briefings, and speaking engagements.

Leverage data and AI: Use analytics and AI tools to optimize campaigns, scale content creation, and improve team efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

8–12+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within SaaS or vertical software environments

Proven ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies that drive measurable revenue impact

Strong leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and external audiences

Deep understanding of customer segmentation, ICP development, and competitive positioning

Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging metrics, insights, and analytics to guide decisions

Experience partnering closely with Sales to drive enablement and revenue outcomes

Familiarity with AI tools and modern marketing technologies to enhance productivity and effectiveness

Comfort serving as a public-facing spokesperson, including media, analysts, and events

Why This Role

Impact: Shape the market narrative and drive growth across a diverse and expanding SaaS portfolio

Visibility: Serve as a key leader and external voice influencing product and company direction

Ownership: Lead end-to-end product marketing strategy with meaningful influence on revenue outcomes

Innovation: Work in a fast-growing environment that embraces AI and modern marketing practices
