DriveScore Commercial Manager  

The DriveScore Commercial Team is responsible for the monetisation of the DriveScore platform through B2B partnerships. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal role that will require the successful candidate to manage a wide range of partnerships across car insurance, finance and beyond in order to grow the number of partners working with DriveScore and to capitalise on commercial opportunities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.  

You will work in partnership with technology, product and marketing teams in a highly agile environment. You will drive performance through the business and, in turn, help millions of people make better financial decisions.  

The Commercial Manager will support the Commercial Lead through the management of a pipeline of projects and strategic partnerships within DriveScore.  

What you will be doing:

• Partnership Management and Performance Accountability: Manage commercial relationships with existing partners, monitoring performance closely and using analytics to identify opportunities for improved performance. 

• Business Development: Identify potential partners and collaborate with wider team as necessary to bring them onto DriveScore. 

• Support Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement commercial strategies to maintain DriveScore's competitiveness and position as the top choice for our partners.  

• Data Analysis: Utilise DriveScore’s rich data to derive business insights, produce revenue reports, spot trends, and convert them into actionable strategies for users and partners.  

• Product Optimisation: Collaborate closely with product teams and partners to continuously optimise the product and conversion funnel.  

Skills we'd love you to have

• A track record of high achievement both at work and in academia 

• Previous experience of any of the following would be beneficial, but not a requirement: 

• A commercially-focused and client-facing role such as relationship / partner / account management 

• Relevant work in the motor insurance sector 

• Strategy consulting 

• Passion: Enthusiasm for solving complex problems and the ability to think entrepreneurially (both in terms of generating ideas and prioritising those most commercially and strategically relevant to the business) 

• Adaptability: Comfort with ambiguity and readiness to take on significant responsibilities quickly.  

• Ambitious, comfortable with ambiguity and ready to take on a lot of responsibility quickly 

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience in making decisions based on data analysis.
