POSITION SUMMARY
The Equipment Manager is responsible for supporting all equipment, apparel, and laundry operations across the club’s First Team, Second Team (MLS Next Pro), and Academy (MLS Next), as assigned. This role is designed to be highly adaptable, specifically with shifting responsibilities based on operational needs, competition schedules, and priorities established by the First Team Equipment Manager. This person must have a flexible schedule and be prepared to respond promptly to last-minute requests or issues, often outside of traditional working hours, to contribute to the team’s overall success.
Thus, the ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions and detail-oriented, proactive, flexible, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
This role reports to the First Team Equipment Manager.

SALARY RANGE
At LAFC, we carefully consider a wide range of factors to determine a fair and equitable compensation package. The final offer amount will consider a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to skill sets; relevant experience and training. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure guidelines, the compensation range for this role is up to $75,000 per year.
