Job Summary

The Executive Assistant serves as a critical partner to a C-level executive, enabling focus on top priorities, improving organizational alignment, and driving operational excellence. This role requires a proactive, high-judgment professional who can manage both day-to-day executive support and higher-level coordination with discretion and precision. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong business judgment, communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage complex and rapidly changing executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with a high degree of accuracy, foresight, and attention to detail.
  • Optimize the executive’s time by prioritizing high-value activities, resolving scheduling conflicts, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve focus and efficiency.
  • Prepare high-quality briefing materials, pre-reads, and other supporting documents for executive meetings, reviews, and external engagements.
  • Drive the cadence of leadership meetings and business reviews by coordinating agendas, capturing outcomes, and tracking follow-up actions to ensure accountability and momentum.
  • Draft, edit, and refine executive communications for internal and external audiences, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and alignment with executive priorities.
  • Partner cross-functionally to surface critical updates, risks, and dependencies, while maintaining strong alignment across teams and stakeholders.
  • Serve as an extension of the executive by representing priorities with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment, while supporting strategic initiatives through coordinated execution and follow-through.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, high-growth, or global organizations.
  • 3+ years of experience managing complex executive calendars, travel, and meeting logistics for C-level or equivalent senior leaders.
  • Proven experience preparing executive-ready materials, communications, or briefing documents for leadership meetings and external engagements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization, accuracy, and discretion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting clear, concise, and professional content for executive audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a C-level executive in a high-growth or highly dynamic business environment.
  • Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally with senior leaders, internal teams, customers, or external stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating leadership meetings, business reviews, or strategic initiatives and tracking action items through completion.
  • Proven ability to exercise sound business judgment, anticipate executive needs, and navigate ambiguity with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Office, Zoom, and related business systems.
  • Experience operating effectively under pressure, adapting quickly to shifting priorities, and solving problems proactively.

The base salary range for this job is USD $130,000 – $150,000 / yr. An individual's base pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

At Kaseya, certain roles are eligible for benefits and additional rewards, including annual bonus and equity, allocated based on individual impact. Certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan.
