Executive Assistant (m/w/d)

As Assistant to our Engineering Director in our office in Aschheim/Riem, you’ll be a key part of the inner workings of our company. You’ll help ensure that his time and energy are focused where they matter most, while keeping his day-to-day operations organized, efficient, and running like clockwork.

🎯 How you will make an impact:

• Meetings & E-Mails: Coordinate and manage appointments, book meeting rooms, prepare agendas and materials in advance, and ensure the the mail inbox is well-organized by prefiltering emails, prioritizing important messages, and maintaining a clear overview for efficient decision-making.
• Travel Management: Organize all aspects of travel - flights, accommodation, transfers, and detailed itineraries.
• Admin Support: Take care of general administrative tasks including document management, correspondence, and report preparation.
• Ad hoc support: Be the go-to person for a variety of tasks that support the Engineering Director and the Engineering team in their daily work.

✅ What you need to be successful:

• Experience as an executive assistant, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment
• Strong organizational skills with a love for detail and structure
• Proactive, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Business-fluent in German and English
