Who we’re looking for

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused Experiential Marketing & Events Manager to own the end-to-end planning and execution of Fieldwire’s experiential marketing and events programs. This role is responsible for delivering high-impact brand experiences across conferences, tradeshows, industry association partnerships, customer events, and internal activations.

This individual will serve as the operational owner of Fieldwire’s event presence, including exhibit house coordination, booth logistics, shipping, swag management, branded experiential assets, and Fieldwire’s branded truck activations. This role will also manage key relationships with industry associations and support event-driven social media initiatives to amplify Fieldwire’s brand presence.

The ideal candidate is highly resourceful, thrives in fast-moving environments, and is comfortable operating with ambiguity. They take initiative, anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and own projects from concept through execution and post-event completion.

The primary responsibilities for our next Experiential Marketing & Events Manager will be to:

Event Strategy & Execution

  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of conferences, tradeshows, industry association events, customer events, and webinars
  • Manage all logistics including timelines, vendors, registration, staffing, travel, and onsite execution
  • Ensure programs are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to brand and pipeline goals

Industry Partnerships & Field Presence

  • Own relationships with key industry associations and event organizersIdentify and execute sponsorships, activations, and opportunities to increase Fieldwire’s visibility
  • Manage all partnership deliverables, timelines, and ongoing engagement

Exhibits, Logistics & Asset Management

  • Lead exhibit house and booth execution including design, fabrication, I&D, and onsite setup
  • Own shipping, inventory, storage, and tracking of all event and branded assets
  • Oversee logistics for swag, signage, and branded activations (including Fieldwire truck)

Swag, Merchandise & Online Store

  • Own branded merchandise strategy including sourcing, ordering, inventory, and distribution
  • Manage Fieldwire’s online store, ensuring seamless ordering and fulfillment
  • Forecast demand and maintain brand consistency and cost efficiency

Event Amplification & Content

  • Partner with marketing to execute event-related social media and content strategy
  • Support pre-event promotion, live coverage, and post-event recaps
  • Capture and coordinate onsite content to maximize reach and engagement

Vendor Management & Operations

  • Manage external vendors (exhibit houses, logistics, print, experiential) including contracts and performance
  • Build and optimize scalable processes for logistics, shipping, and asset tracking
  • Drive post-event reporting, asset recovery, and continuous improvement

At Fieldwire, we’re looking for our next Experiential Marketing & Events Manager to have the following skills and experiences:

  • 4-7+ years of experience in experiential marketing, tradeshows, field marketing, or event management
  • Proven experience managing exhibit houses, booth logistics, and tradeshow execution
  • Experience managing relationships with industry associations, event organizers, or external partners
  • Experience supporting or executing event-related social media initiatives
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Strong vendor and partner management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
  • Highly proactive, self-directed, and solutions-oriented
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where processes may not yet exist
  • Ability to take ownership and drive projects forward with minimal oversight
  • Willingness to travel (20–35%)

Compensation:

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: $100,000 - $130,000

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and Maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience.

 In addition to the salary you may be eligible for a corporate bonus, which can range up to 30%.

Where is the job located?

This role is hybrid in San Francisco, California. Our headquarters are based in beautiful San Francisco and our office is centrally located right off of Embarcadero Bart station.
