Job Title: Experiential Promotions Coordinator
Job Summary: The Licensing & Promotions Team is responsible for creating and executing a range of activities, including (but not limited to) merchandise licensing, promotions and experiential partnerships that increase the visibility of the Pokémon brand across the globe. Our primary geographic remit is US & Canada, Latin America and Oceania. The team focuses on developing new initiatives that can enhance the Pokémon brand, including museum partnerships, location-based entertainment opportunities and custom sports collaborations.
We are looking for a highly organized and versatile Experiential Promotions Coordinator to support the development and execution of high-impact licensed activations that bring the Pokémon world to life in unexpected and delightful ways. This role will work closely with the Senior Licensing & Promotions Manager and cross-functional teams to coordinate logistics, manage timelines, and ensure brand authenticity across all experiential initiatives. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, collaborative project manager with a passion for bringing immersive brand experiences to life.

What you’ll do
Project Coordination: Support the planning and execution of experiential licensing programs, including cultural institution activations, programmatic sports initiatives and LBE launches.
Product Integration: Coordinate with Licensing & Promotions team members to integrate custom created merchandise into activations, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, brand and creative services, legal, PR, etc.) to align project goals and execution milestones. Regularly communicate with the Premier Events team to ensure that relevant details for Pokémon XP are shared with licensing partners.
Partner Support: Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
Creative Development: Work with internal and external partners to develop supporting marketing materials for bespoke activations.
Asset Management: Organize and distribute creative assets, product samples, and promotional materials as needed.
Reporting: Help compile post-mortem campaign recaps, analyze performance metrics against benchmarks, and compile comprehensive post-activation reports.
Brand Integrity: Ensure all materials and activations adhere to brand guidelines and maintain authenticity.
What you’ll bring
Experience: 3–5 years in sports or experiential marketing, event production, brand activations, or promotions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Skills:
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project management tools a plus.
Preferred: Experience working in sports activations, with licensed IP, entertainment brands, or fan-driven communities.
Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $86,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year. The full range is $86,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
