Schedule:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch), Monday – Friday onsite (role is not hybrid or remote eligible)
You will...
- Emptying, running, and refilling employee dishwashers throughout the day as needed
- Setting up, monitoring, and breaking down weekly catered meals
- Managing the freight entrance, escorting vendors, and retrieving deliveries upon arrival
- Emptying trash, recycling, and compost bins throughout the day
- Performing general cleaning and maintenance tasks (e.g., wiping glass, cleaning incidental spills)
- Ensuring dishes and employee supplies are evenly distributed across both floors
- Monitoring and restocking snacks and beverages in the employee kitchen
- Checking, cleaning, and restocking bathrooms as needed
- Bussing dishes and clearing incidental trash around the office throughout the day
- Resetting chairs in conference rooms and common areas
- Supporting additional ad hoc facilities tasks as needed
You are...
- A people person who thrives on interacting with a variety of individuals and tasks
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics, organization, and maintaining a clean office environment
- Proactive and intuitive, able to anticipate office and employee needs before being asked
- Able to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation, including:
- Regularly lifting and moving up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds with or without assistance
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Able to work fully onsite (this role is not eligible for remote work)
At a minimum, you have...
- At least 1 year of related experience (preferred)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to perform basic facilities repairs
