Role Overview:

We are looking for a Finance Associate to join our team and gain hands-on experience in core financial operations. This position is ideal for someone eager to develop their skills in treasury operations, investment analysis and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data collection & report preparation for treasury positions to support treasury operations and curating investment strategies to facilitate treasury reviews by leadership.
• Interacting & liaising with stakeholders to prepare monthly operating budget, performing variance analysis, identifying trends.
• Work closely with different stakeholders to gather details relevant for the preparation of the monthly P&L statements across various blockchains.
• Assisting with FinOps activities like managing payables, processing invoices, making payouts and unlocks in a timely manner.
• Work on ad-hoc financial tasks to support the finance team.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Semi qualified CA/B.Com/M.Com with at least 1 year of work experience
• Proficiency in Excel and ERPs
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interest and basic understanding of Blockchains, Cryptocurrencies & Decentralised Finance.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently
