What You Will Do  

As Senior FP&A Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening and scaling our FP&A function. Reporting to the Head of FP&A and working closely with the CFO, you will own core planning and forecasting activities, act as a trusted business partner, and help modernise FP&A processes and systems.

This is a hands-on role with high ownership and visibility, ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytical depth with commercial thinking and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Own and drive monthly management reporting, including variance analysis and performance insights
• Lead forecasting, reforecasting, and budgeting processes
• Act as a finance business partner to senior stakeholders, providing actionable insights to support decision-making
• Develop and improve financial models for planning and performance analysis
• Collaborate closely with Accounting, Revenue operations and People team to ensure consistency and data quality across reporting
• Contribute to the modernisation of FP&A systems and tools, including the selection and implementation of a financial planning solution
• Support strategic projects and M&A initiatives, including financial analysis, and due diligence
• Support the continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting quality, and transparency

You will be great for this position if you have  

• Solid (5-7 years) experience in FP&A, controlling, or financial planning, ideally combining:
• Big 4 experience (Manager level or similar), and/or
• In-house FP&A / controlling experience in a dynamic environment
• Good understanding of key metrics relevant for SAAS/ software product and corresponding drivers
• Chartered Accountancy (WP/ ACA qualification is a plus)
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
• Confidence working independently with a high level of ownership
• Interest in systems, tools, and process improvement (experience with BI tools is a plus)
• Experience in a PE-led or PE portfolio company is a strong advantage
• Fluent in English (German is a plus, but not required)

This role requires an in-office presence four days per week, based in either our Berlin or Munich office.
