  • Job Title: Game Producer

  • Job Summary: As a Game Producer, you will support internal development teams by driving project planning, facilitating cross‑disciplinary alignment, and ensuring clear priorities across the game development lifecycle. This role will work closely across creative disciplines, as well as engineering, QA, and studio leadership to keep teams coordinated, maintain momentum, remove blockers, and support delivery of high‑quality features that align with product vision, technical expectations, and brand standards.


    The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of standard game development processes and lifecycles, with experience supporting both creative and technical workflows. You excel in communicating clearly across audiences, comfortable navigating ambiguity, breaking down complex work into actionable steps, coordinating review and feedback cycles, and adapting structure to meet the needs of diverse partners. You thrive in collaborative environments, comfortable providing clear, respectful guidance when timelines, clarity, business objectives, or brand expectations require it, and demonstrate the flexibility to operate across a range of creative production needs without being limited to a narrow focus.

What you’ll do

  • Support internal development teams across disciplines through clear planning, prioritization, and coordination

  • Drive sprint and milestone workflows, ensuring progress is tracked and risks are surfaced early

  • Facilitate communication across creative disciplines (Art, UI/UX, VFX, Design), engineering, QA, and partner teams to maintain alignment on goals and deliverables ensuring workback schedules are known and understood

  • Support day‑to‑day creative workflows by clarifying requirements, aligning on creative intent, and helping break down creative work into actionable tasks

  • Coordinate creative and technical review cycles, capturing decisions and ensuring follow-through across iterations

  • Help ensure cohesion across creative outputs by connecting design, UX, and visual intent throughout feature execution

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and status updates for studio leadership

  • Provide clear, respectful guidance to support clarity, feasibility, and alignment when timelines, business objectives, or brand expectations require it

  • Help resolve blockers, manage dependencies, and support teams in delivering high quality features on time

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of production processes, tools, and team workflows     

 

What you’ll bring

  • Five (5) to seven (7) years of related professional experience supporting cross-disciplinary game development teams  

  • Prior experience bringing a successful PC/Mac/mobile game to market 

  • Strong understanding of standard game development production processes and lifecycles  

  • Experience supporting creative disciplines such as Art, UI/UX, VFX, and Design, and associated,workflows within a development environment  

  • Ability to translate production needs into clear, meaningful context for creative partners (“why this matters”) 

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt communication style for various partners, including technical and creative stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding across diverse audiences 

  • Proven experience navigating ambiguity and breaking down complex work into clear, actionable steps  

  • Diverse experience with Jira for task management and bug tracking, database setup, organization and maintenance.  Additional experience with Monday.com will be relevant 

  • Strong collaboration, problem solving, and organizational skills, with an emphasis on consistent clarity across disciplines 

  • A passion for making and playing games, with awareness of current industry trends  

 

Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $117,000.00 - $156,000.00 per year. The full range is $117,000.00 - $211,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
