Monitoring campaign performance on a daily basis and continuously improving results;
Analyzing user behavior and key product metrics, drawing insights from launches;
Segmenting audiences and creating engagement flows across the user journey;
Collaborating closely with design, content and product teams.
Proven experience as a CRM, Retention or Gamification Manager in Online Gambling products;
Experience with different CRM systems is a must (Smartico etc);
Focus on user acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty (B2C);
Experience with user segmentations, basic knowledge of HTML;
Experience with analytics tools;
Experience working with cross-functional teams;
Fluent in setting up bonus offers (free spins, cashbacks, deposit bonuses);
English — Upper-Intermediate or higher;
Spanish will be a plus.
