Our client is an international online gaming company offering sports betting and casino services, with a strong position in Latin America. The company’s strategic focus is on delivering a high-quality, personalized gaming experience by leveraging advanced technology and localized services tailored to regional player preferences. They develop and launch their own Casino Games and operate proprietary CRM, Customer Support, and Back-office platforms.
Perfect for those who aim to:
  • Design and own the full Loyalty Loop (Attract → Engage → Reward → Retain) to drive retention and revenue;

  • Develop and optimize core gamification mechanics, including Jackpots, Streaks, VIP tiers, Missions, and Tournaments;

  • Implement personalized mission systems based on player segmentation and behavior;

  • Build and balance the internal Point Economy to motivate players without impacting NGR;

  • Collaborate with Product, CRM, Analytics, and Design to ensure correct implementation and performance;

  • Analyze engagement metrics and run A/B tests to maximize LTV and ROI;

  • Monitor live features, resolve logic gaps, and document mechanics, reward structures, and economy rules clearly.

Experience you’ll need to bring:
  • Have 1+ years of experience in Gamification, Product Management, or Loyalty Systems, ideally within iGaming or FinTech;

  • Demonstrate hands-on experience designing and launching player-facing mechanics such as Missions, Tournaments, Achievement Trees, Loyalty Stores, or VIP Programs;

  • Manage virtual economies and balance reward distribution to maintain perceived player value while protecting GGR/NGR;

  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Mixpanel, Looker) to track performance and make data-driven decisions;

  • Understand how gamification triggers integrate with CRM systems for real-time communication and lifecycle engagement;

  • Apply A/B testing methodologies to continuously improve feature performance and player retention;

  • Translate engagement concepts into structured gamification flows and clear technical requirements.
