Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a sharp Global Digital Marketing Lead who owns the full funnel - from building an engaged audience on social, to converting them on the website, to driving adoption through email and content. You obsess over integrated customer journeys and know what drives reach, relevance, and results. You move fast, take ownership, and know which lever to pull. 

You're comfortable managing agencies for SEO and paid media while owning core channels yourself. You stay ahead of trends, platforms, and emerging technologies - and you use AI not as a shortcut, but as a force multiplier. You thrive with large responsibilities and multiple projects in the air - you're a problem-solver and a doer, not a delegator.

This is a key role in a newly established Global Brand and Marketing team. We're looking for someone with the experience to lead with confidence and the hunger and creativity to explore what's possible.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media: Own and elevate our organic social presence across Instagram and LinkedIn. You'll lead the content strategy, drive the calendar, and work closely with the Creative Lead to produce content that stops the scroll and strengthens the Lenus brand.

  • Own the content strategy and calendar
  • Brief, review, and publish high-quality content in collaboration with the Creative Lead
  • Monitor performance and continuously optimise based on insights and platform trends
  • Stay ahead of algorithm shifts, formats, and emerging platform behaviour
  • Own the inbound social DM flow - we receive significant interest through social media. You'll design the optimal funnel and collaboration model with Commercial and Support to ensure every lead is captured, qualified, and handed off efficiently.


Website: Own the website as a core growth and brand channel. You'll drive the website revamp, the roadmap and ongoing development. You'll optimise user journeys and conversion flows, manage CMS governance, and collaborate with our web agency on SEO and new features.

  • Own the roadmap, structure, and UX across all pages
  • Build clear funnels and journeys across Lenus, Beefit, and Zenfit
  • Drive SEO performance in collaboration with agency (technical + content)
  • Own Trustpilot and social proof integration
  • Monitor traffic, conversion, and speed, and continuously optimise
  • Manage web and paid media agencies with clear KPIs


CRM & Content: 
Own the customer communication journey to drive product adoption and upsell among existing coaches. 

  • Plan and manage newsletters, product updates, and educational content
  • Execute webinars and activation initiatives in collaboration with Brand Activation lead.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Product to keep messaging aligned

 

Analytics & Reporting: Be the go-to on marketing performance. Build a consistent reporting framework that connects channel activity to business outcomes - from awareness and reach, to engagement and traffic, to conversion and pipeline.

  • Develop consistent reporting across SEM & SEO, Paid, website, social and email/CRM.
  • Analyse marketing metrics, refine strategies, and lead experimentation for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with regional and global Commercial teams on performance alignment

 

Qualifications
We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should possess.

  • 5+ years leading digital marketing across multiple channels - social, web, SEO, CRM, and/or content
  • A documented track record of building growth channels from zero to scaled results - whether from e-commerce, SaaS, or agency
  • Deep SEO knowledge and proven organic growth results
  • Strong martech and analytics fluency - you own the stack, not just the reports
  • Sharp communicator and writer: you can brief a creative, write a subject line, and present to leadership
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and running multiple programmes in parallel
  • Fluent in English; Danish is a bonus

The Team
You'll be joining the Global Brand and Marketing team - small by design, big in impact. The team is made up of a Global Creative Lead, Global Brand Activation Lead, and Global Podcast Lead, each owning their domain end-to-end and pushing each other to do their best work. You'll report directly to the Director of Global Brand and Marketing. Based in Copenhagen, you will collaborate with colleagues across different functions, contributing to a dynamic and international work environment.
