Global Project Manager

Are you ready to drive complex physical security projects across borders and build resilient, future-proof security systems? We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Global Project Manager to join our team in a pivotal role, covering all Wolt regions.

What you'll be doing

• Advance and implement comprehensive regional security strategies across multiple countries.
• Conduct regular site reviews, and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigations.
• Manage and oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of physical security systems across the regions.
• Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and privacy requirements, both local and international.
• Act as a key liaison, collaborating across departments and hierarchies to align security needs with business priorities.
• Innovate and streamline operational tools and systems to improve security efficiency and service delivery.

Our humble expectations

• 7+ years of relevant experience in physical security systems management within an international organization or environment.
• Strong expertise in security systems  access control, CCTV and alarm systems).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
• Ability to operate under pressure and manage complex security projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of local and global security regulations and standards.
• Proactive, reliable, and ready to support on all matters regarding security systems.
  
• Experience with managing large scale projects and delivering technical knowhow to the project team.
• Experience in working with at least two of the following systems AltaOpen, Ava, Lenel, Milestone.

Compensation

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications. Please note, that the starting pay may vary if the candidate does not fully meet the expectations as outlined in this job posting. 

The salary below is the monthly salary range for this position.
