Develop and launch own Casino Games, as well as operate own CRM, CS and Back-office platforms.

• Conceptualize and design high-converting landing pages optimized for traffic acquisition and user registration;

• Create compelling visual assets for promotional campaigns, including email templates, push notifications, and in-app banners that drive player re-engagement and retention;

• Develop immersive visuals for the gamification ecosystem, including custom icons, badges, progress indicators, and tournament interfaces that enhance the player lifecycle and overall engagement;

• Lead the development and continuous evolution of the regional Design Brandbook in close collaboration with Product and CRM teams, ensuring a consistent, premium brand identity across all touchpoints.

Experience you’ll need to bring:

• Proven experience designing for CRM lifecycles, including personalized email templates, push notifications, and loyalty-driven promotional banners aimed at reducing churn and increasing lifetime value;

• Hands-on experience creating gamification assets (badges, progress bars, tournament leaderboards, level-up animations) that deliver immersive and rewarding user experiences;

• Experience developing or evolving regional Brandbooks, maintaining a consistent visual identity across departments while adapting to local cultural nuances;

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), with experience leveraging AI-powered design tools to streamline and scale production workflows;

• Strong ability to collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are technically feasible, mobile-responsive, and performance-optimized.
