We are looking for a talented and passionate Group Head of Creative Operations to join our team in London, based in the UK Support Office, on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a full-time role reporting to the Chief Creative Officer, operating as a central, shared resource across Content, Design, and Partnerships teams. The Content Editor, Picture Editor, and Sub Editor will report directly into this role.
This position is suited to a highly capable and experienced project management professional with exceptional organisational and communication skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the workflow, planning, and production of all creative output, ensuring alignment across teams and consistency in delivery.
This is a fast-paced, varied, and high-impact role that requires a proactive and solutions-focused individual who thrives in a dynamic environment while remaining calm under pressure. You will bring strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and enforce deadlines, balance structure with flexibility, and ensure workflows are effectively resourced. A key part of the role is managing input from stakeholders at all levels while driving efficiency, clarity, and high standards across all creative workstreams.
