We’re looking for a tech-savvy, data-driven Growth Marketer to help us grow through rapid experimentation, CRO, and building high-performing landing pages (Framer). You don’t need 8+ years of experience — we care most about a proactive, pragmatic mindset and strong execution.
What you will do in this role 🧐
As Growth Marketer, you will:
- Take ownership of our website
- Own conversion rate optimisation (CRO) across key journeys (visit → signup → activation), identifying friction and shipping improvements fast
- Be the first person to jump on critical website bugs and make sure the website is running smoothly
- Build and iterate landing pages in Framer (new pages, variants, messaging tests, page performance improvements)
- Plan and run experiments (A/B testing, messaging, offers, page structure, funnel steps), and translate learnings into next actions
- Use data daily: monitor performance, set up tracking requirements, analyze results, and share clear insights
- Work closely with Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, Content & Design to create and improve campaigns and landing content
- Help improve our experimentation process: hypotheses, prioritisation, measurement, and documentation
- Proactively spot opportunities (new tests, channels, segments, quick wins) and move them from idea → shipped

- Fluency in English
Nice-to-have ✨
- Basic SQL, JavaScript, or strong no-code/low-code automation skills
- Experience with analytics / experimentation tools (e.g. GA4, Mixpanel/Amplitude, Hotjar, Optimizely/VWO, etc.)
- B2B or SaaS experience

This role is based from our office in Eindhoven. We expect you to be in the office 3 days per week.
