Growth Marketing Coordinator

HelloFresh is looking for a Growth Marketing Coordinator to support our in-person, door-to-door, and events-based sales initiatives across Canada. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership of their work, thinks in numbers, and thrives in the field as much as they do in a spreadsheet.

Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, you will help drive customer acquisition, manage agency and vendor relationships, and ensure our field marketing campaigns run smoothly and efficiently. Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for

  • Contribute to ambitious customer acquisition goals through outside sales, in-person activations, and event marketing, with a clear understanding of how your work ties to CAC, ROI, and overall channel efficiency.
  • Help oversee a network of 150+ brand ambassadors across major Canadian markets, keeping them motivated and aligned with HelloFresh's brand values.
  • Support the management of vendor and agency partnerships to optimize campaign execution and cost-effectiveness.
  • Bring an AI-first approach to your day-to-day work, actively using tools to automate repetitive tasks, streamline campaign operations, and free up time for higher-impact thinking. You look for ways to work smarter before working harder.
  • Step in as needed to assist with hands-on campaign execution to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Own operational tasks including voucher creation, invoicing, and cost tracking, with a sharp eye on budget efficiency and financial performance.
  • Track, analyze, and present campaign performance insights that inform future investment and strategy decisions.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity, and bring forward fresh ideas to drive growth.
  • All other duties, as assigned 

Sound a-peeling? Here's what we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of marketing experience, or a recently completed degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (BBA or BComm preferred).
  • Experience in field sales or event management is a strong asset.
  • An ownership mindset: you take initiative, follow through, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort in acquisition marketing metrics, including CAC, ROI, payback period, and budget tracking.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate clearly to a range of audiences.
  • A collaborative approach that brings energy and focus to the team.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for HelloFresh's mission and a hunger to grow.
  • Additional Assets:

    • Experience at a marketing agency.
    • Bilingual (French proficiency is a plus).
    • Access to a personal vehicle for field visits.
