About this role

Job Overview:

We're now looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to shape the next wave of growth and TVL expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 3 - 5+ years in token marketing, DeFi marketing, or Web3 growth roles.
  • Deep understanding of tokenomics, staking, validator incentives, and crypto-native user behavior.
  • Proven track record in TVL growth, performance marketing, and crypto acquisition funnels.
  • Hands-on experience managing KOL/alpha community relationships and paid campaigns
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and project management skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, async, remote-first environments
  • Passion for decentralization and KernelDAO’s mission.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a token marketing role at a top-tier DeFi or LRT project
  • Familiarity with restaking, liquid staking, validator coordination, and modular infrastructure
  • Experience leading growth experiments and performance marketing with high capital efficiency
