As our new Hairdresser (all genders), you will be creating exceptional experiences for our customers through your artistry and technical skill. You’ll bring expertise in cutting, coloring, and styling, combined with a passion for beauty, professionalism, and innovation to help our Berlin salon thrive. In this role, you will work hands-on with clients, delivering premium service quality and focus on building customer loyalty through expert consultations and ensuring that every client leaves flaconi feeling their best.

Your Role

• Provide expert hair services including consultation, cutting, coloring, and styling according to flaconi’s premium standards.
• Stay up to date on trends, techniques, and products to inspire both clients and colleagues.
• Deliver personalized beauty experiences that strengthen customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Support product and service upselling through professional, honest consultation.
• Assist in maintaining a seamless salon environment, including inventory support and workstation organization.

Your Profile

• Hands-on salon experience and excellent technical skills in modern cutting and coloring techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset in English and/or German.
• Passionate about the beauty industry, current trends, and the "flaconi lifestyle."
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with a keen sense of style and attention to detail.
