The role

We’re looking for a hands-on, high-impact Head of Field Marketing – APJ to build and scale our regional marketing engine from the ground up. 

This is not a “run what exists” role—this is a builder role. You’ll define how we show up across APJ, one of the fastest-growing and most complex regions in the world, at a time when both our company and the industry are scaling rapidly. 

You’ll work across a highly dynamic customer landscape—from AI-native startups to large enterprises and public sector organizations—each with different needs, buying cycles, and expectations. Your job is to turn that complexity into focused, high-performing marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue.

The role is based in Singapore, with flexibility for remote work within the country. 

Your responsibilities will include:  

  • Own and drive the APJ field marketing strategy, tightly aligned to aggressive regional revenue goals. 
  • Build the APJ marketing function from the ground up—programs, processes, and eventually team. 
  • Design and execute high-impact campaigns across ABM, demand gen, and field—focused on pipeline, not just activity. 
  • Partner deeply with regional sales leaders to prioritize markets, accounts, and opportunities—and move deals forward. 
  • Get into the field: run executive roundtables, customer events, partner activations, and anything else that creates real engagement. 
  • Work with partners and channels to expand reach and co-build go-to-market motion across the region. 
  • Take global campaigns and make them actually work in APJ—localized, relevant, and effective. 
  • Track what matters: pipeline, conversion, revenue. Iterate fast based on what’s working (and what’s not). 
  • Be the voice of APJ internally—bringing market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intel back to the global team. 

We expect you to have: 

  • 10+ years in B2B marketing, with strong experience in field or regional roles. 
  • Proven track record of building and scaling marketing programs in high-growth or early-stage environments. 
  • Deep familiarity with APJ markets—you understand the nuance and don’t try to treat it as one region. 
  • Experience in AI, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise tech. 
  • Strong pipeline mindset—you know how marketing actually drives revenue. 
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and moving quickly without perfect structure. 
  • Hands-on with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, etc.—you can both strategize and execute. 
  • Strong operator and collaborator—you work seamlessly with sales, product, and global marketing. 
  • Willing to travel across APJ (~30–40%) and be in-market where it matters. 

It will be an added bonus if you have: 

  • You’ve built a regional marketing function from scratch before. 
  • You’ve worked in a startup or hyper-growth environment and know what “figure it out” really means. 
  • You understand the AI/ML ecosystem and where it’s heading. 
  • You have experience working with partners and channel-heavy go-to-market models in APJ.
