Head of Operations and Delivery
The Head of Operations is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operational functions across Spektrum, including service delivery, workforce operations, talent acquisition alignment, and business support functions such as finance, compliance, and administration. This role ensures the effective execution of the end-to-end operational lifecycle, from hiring and workforce deployment to service delivery and internal operations, enabling efficient, compliant, and scalable business performance. The role acts as the central operational leader, ensuring alignment between teams, driving performance, and supporting the organisation’s growth.
Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end operational delivery across Talent Acquisition, Workforce, Service Delivery, and Business Support
Ensure alignment between hiring, workforce deployment, and client delivery requirements
Manage operational performance, efficiency, and scalability across all functions
Oversee financial operations alignment, cost control, and budget tracking
Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and corporate governance requirements
Establish and maintain operational processes, frameworks, and standards
Oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management
Ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery across client engagements
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between all functions
Monitor and report on operational KPIs and performance metrics
Drive process improvement, automation, and optimisation
Support commercial teams with delivery feasibility and resourcing
Act as escalation point for operational, delivery, and compliance issues
Support leadership in scaling operations
