5+ years of experience in iGaming;
Proven experience managing VIP teams;
Experience working with bonus cost optimization and ROI modeling;
English level - at least Upper-Intermediate;
Commercially driven and revenue-focused mindset;
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
Proactive and solution-oriented;
