The HR & Benefits Advisor supports the delivery of effective HR Services and benefits administration across the Mont-Joli site and, where required, other Mining locations in North America. The role contributes to operational excellence by ensuring accurate HR documentation, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with the HR Business Partner, HR Services Lead, Payroll Specialists, and site leadership, this position plays an important role in maintaining a responsive, compliant, and employee-focused HR service model.
Role Purpose & Contribution
The HR & Benefits Advisor administers HR services processes and maintains company benefit programs while interfacing with internal stakeholders, government agencies, and benefit providers. The role supports department goals through structured documentation, system accuracy, and employee support.
This position may also provide coverage across the North American Mining HR Services team during periods of leave or transition.

This position is a parental leave opportunity (Remplacement pour congé de maternité/parental) and will be onsite based in Mont Joli Bradken - 1700 Rue Henri Rouleau, Mont-Joli, QC G5H, Canada
