In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to leadership, champion employee experience, and help shape a people-first environment where everyone can thrive and grow.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Culture & Employee Engagement
-Partner with department heads to develop team-specific culture initiatives.
-Lead employee feedback sessions to strengthen engagement strategies.
-Support and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across BrainRocket.
Training & Development
-Oversee the rollout of training programs tailored to business needs.
-Identify skill gaps and create learning initiatives that support growth.
-Facilitate engaging workshops to upskill individuals and teams.
Performance Management
-Guide managers in setting expectations and running effective reviews.
-Ensure consistent performance practices across the organization.
-Provide daily support on policy interpretation and performance matters.
Career Development & Succession Planning
-Work with leadership to identify and develop high-potential talent.
-Build structured career pathways to support long-term retention.
-Contribute to strategic workforce planning and organizational design.
Employee Relations
-Handle complex employee relations matters with fairness and care.
-Advise managers on coaching, disciplinary action, and employee engagement.
-Ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk through sound HR practices.
Recruitment & Hiring
-Collaborate in the interview and selection process to ensure great hiring decisions.
-Support recruitment strategies that attract diverse, top-tier talent.
Payroll Support
-Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate inputs for bonuses, overtime, and deductions.
Change Management
-Help teams adapt to change with resilience and a positive mindset.
-Strengthen morale and collaboration during organizational transitions.
Other Duties
-Jump into new projects or responsibilities as needed – we’re growing fast!
What We’re Looking For:
-5+ years of experience in HR, ideally in a generalist or managerial role.
-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master’s/HR certification is a plus).
-Strong knowledge of employment law, performance management, and employee engagement.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you’re a people person and a problem-solver.
-Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
