
HR Business Partner (Vice President, Human Resources)
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in scaling EQT’s Private Capital & Infrastructure business in Europe through hands-on recruitment and close partnership with business leaders. Based in Munich, this role has a strong hiring focus alongside core HR business partnering, working as part of a highly collaborative, international HR team.
About the Private Capital & Infrastructure HR teams
The Private Capital HR team and Infrastructure HR team are two dedicated HR teams supporting EQT’s Private Capital organization across Europe and North America and EQT’s European Infrastructure business line within Real Assets. Each team acts as a trusted people partner to its respective business, supporting leaders and employees with day-to-day people needs, delivering pragmatic and data-informed HR solutions, and ensuring that core people processes run accurately and consistently.
While operating as distinct teams aligned to their business lines, Private Capital HR (PCHR) and Infrastructure HR collaborate closely and share common standards, ways of working and a strong commitment to quality and inclusion. Both teams partner with HR Centers of Excellence and business stakeholders to provide joined-up, high-quality HR support and to contribute to a high-performing and engaging employee experience.
This role will work across both PCHR and Infrastructure HR, supporting leaders and employees across the two divisions and helping to ensure consistency, strong collaboration and excellence in people delivery.
About the role
In this role, you will act as a trusted HR partner with a particular emphasis on recruitment coordination to support continued growth of the Investment teams in Germany. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, the wider PCHR and Infrastructure HR team, and HR Centers of Excellence.
