About this role

As an HR Officer, you provide employee support and act as the link between our business and various HR domains such as payroll, talent, compensation & benefits, and more.

Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting employees in onboarding and offboarding and maintaining employee records.
  • Connecting with the immigration team in case of work permits and providing administrative support including following up on the status.
  • Maintaining our HR data and information systems (eBlox and OMP HRIS system) throughout the employee’s lifecycle. You will evaluate each change request, connect with different stakeholders for validation and ensure accurate implementation.
  • Being the first point of contact for inquiries and requests from employees regarding HR-related matters.
  • Ensuring compliance with social legislation and company policies.
  • Collaborating with HR team members on various projects and initiatives.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and files.
  • Following up on data regarding our car fleet and their drivers.
  • Maintaining time and attendance management.
