Role Overview
Nebius is looking for an HR Operations Generalist to support the smooth execution of HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence, data accuracy, and compliance across local HR activities in Finland.
This role will play a key part in maintaining efficient and scalable HR operations, with a strong focus on HR systems, process consistency, and supporting local implementation of global HR practices. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure HR workflows are system-led, compliant, and continuously improved.
This is a hybrid role based in Finland, requiring 2–3 days per week on-site at the data centre.
Support day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal changes, and offboarding. Manage employee updates such as promotions, transfers, salary changes, and terminations while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintain accurate employee records within HiBob, ensuring strong HRIS governance and data integrity. Manage workflows, templates, and approval processes to support efficient and standardised HR operations.
Prepare HR documentation including employment contracts, amendments, and official letters. Ensure local HR processes align with Finnish regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Prepare and provide accurate payroll inputs, including employee changes, compensation updates, and other relevant data to support timely salary processing.
Identify opportunities to improve and automate HR workflows through better use of systems and streamlined processes. Support continuous improvement of HR operations across local and global activities.
Act as a key contact for HR operational queries from employees and internal stakeholders, providing timely and accurate support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration within Finland
• Strong experience using HiBob or similar HRIS platforms, alongside tools such as Jira and Slack
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Proactive mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement
• Experience supporting HR Operations in multiple countries
• Experience configuring HRIS workflows and automation
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with HR data
• Experience in a fast-growing or technology-led environment
• Strong project management capability, including planning, coordination, and execution
