What will you be doing with us?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our People & Culture team at Soho House Amsterdam. In this role, you’ll support a broad range of HR activities and gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the onboarding process, assisting with personnel administration, creating newsletters and internal communications, and acting as a first point of contact for colleagues. This internship offers plenty of flexibility to explore your interests—once you’ve mastered the basics, there’s room to dive deeper into areas such as recruitment, sickness management, or employee relations.
Throughout your internship, you’ll receive training and coaching to develop both technical and interpersonal skills, with the goal of helping you grow into a confident, independent HR professional.
