We are looking for an experienced influencer marketer to drive acquisition growth and execute our influencer brand strategy. We're all about numbers and transparency: our processes are well-structured, we know how to measure brand placements, and we have our own user-friendly and insightful CRM. We're looking for people who will help us become even more effective and bring fresh expertise to our team.
Challenges that await you:
- Manage 30-50 influencer placements per month independently
- Negotiate rates and contracts with mid-tier influencers
- Plan and test new hypothesis in acquisition
- Analyze CAC/NPV, optimize based on data
- Manage allocated budgets by yourself
What makes you a great fit:
- Fluent Spanish and English
- You are well informed about the influencer industry: be interested in creators and love their content. Know who's currently popular and who's being canceled due to scandals
- Advanced Claude user
- Ability to calculate CAC with eyes closed
- Experience working with CRMs, database management
- Database of direct influencer contacts from 40+
- Knowledge how to create performing content in Influencer Marketing
