Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement process for IT equipment and services, including vendor evaluation and contract negotiation
- Oversee international logistics and customs processes to ensure timely and compliant delivery of IT assets
- Conduct tenders and collaborate with vendors to achieve cost-effective procurement solutions
- Maintain and update asset management records within ERP systems
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to support strategic purchasing decisions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and departments to align procurement activities with business objectives
- Work across multiple time zones to support global procurement operations
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in procurement
- Proven experience in international logistics and customs processes
- Experience working with vendors and managing tenders
- Basic understanding of IT equipment configurations and pricing
- Experience with asset management or ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability
- High level of organization and structured approach to work
- Proactivity and ability to operate in uncertain environments
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Willingness to work across multiple time zones
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher

- Experience with IT equipment or in IT companies
- Experience with global vendors or procurement platforms
- Building processes from scratch
