
Fandom is expanding! We are seeking an IT Systems Engineer based in Poznań to report to our Director of Global IT.
Our department’s mission is to ensure every employee has the tools, systems, knowledge, and experiences required to do their best work. You will be part of a team that oversees global network infrastructure, manages SaaS applications and digital security/compliance, and supports over 500 employees worldwide.

As an IT Systems Engineer, you will serve as the expert escalation point for our global workforce, troubleshooting 2nd and 3rd-tier issues with a mix of analytical rigor and creative problem-solving. You will go beyond standard fixes by designing and building custom API solutions with Python to automate workflows and bridge gaps between our systems. Additionally, you will be the custodian of our core IT infrastructure, responsible for maintaining and optimizing SaaS applications and LAN/WAN networks in our offices worldwide.
