Cosa farai

  • Gestione delle richieste dei clienti,ristoranti e rider via chat e telefono 
  • Fornire risposte rapide ed efficaci, gestione delle escalation e risoluzione di problematiche tecniche
  • Garantire un’eccellente esperienza cliente e monitoraggio quotidiano delle performance

Il tuo profilo

  • Ottime capacità comunicative e molta pazienza
  • Perseveranza, gentilezza ed empatia ti aiutano a trovare la soluzione migliore per tutti i soggetti coinvolti
  • Grande attenzione ai dettagli e forte concentrazione
  • Non ti lasci intimidire dai compiti complessi che richiedono rapidità di pensiero e buona organizzazione
  • Gestisci situazioni stressanti, sei multitasking e riesci a gestire più interazioni in entrata con facilità
  • Prendere decisioni rapide nei momenti difficili è uno dei tuoi punti di forza
  • Capisci l'importanza di un'ottima esperienza del cliente
  • Parli fluentemente italiano (C1) e inglese (almeno B2)
  • Hai almeno un diploma di scuola superiore
  • Sei disposto a lavorare su turni, nei fine settimana e nei giorni festivi
  • Ti senti a tuo agio con nuove app e ti adatti rapidamente
  • Qualsiasi esperienza lavorativa pregressa è benvenuta, soprattutto in un ruolo simile, ma non è un requisito! Ti insegneremo tutto ciò che devi sapere.

Lavorerai su turni di 8 ore, nei fine settimana e nei giorni festivi, a seconda delle esigenze aziendali e organizzative.
