Full time permanent

£27,200 base salary with £35,000 to £40,000 OTE in year one and £70,000 to £100,000 plus in year two

What you will actually be doing

You will focus on people. Your role is to find, speak to and support candidates through their next career move in the US data center market, one of the fastest growing industries globally.

 

You will learn how to

• Identify and engage high quality talent across the US
• Have meaningful conversations about careers, not just jobs
• Guide candidates through interviews, offers and decisions
• Build long term relationships so people come back to you throughout their career
• Work closely with experienced consultants who manage client partnerships
  
  

You will not be thrown in without support. You will be trained step by step and shown how to succeed.
