Junior Global Rewards Administrator

Ebury Leon Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week

As a result of phenomenal growth and ongoing expansion, we are looking for a Global Rewards Administrator to join our Rewards team having responsibility for day to day management of our reward strategies globally. 

What you’ll do

  • Ensure adherence to relevant legislation for all of our compensation and benefits packages, locally and globally.
  • Vendor management including enrollments, cancellations and renewal negotiations for our global benefit packages.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights and recommendations on best practices Improve our communication and employee engagement around our global benefits.
  • Manage and maintain the internal rewards database.
  • Perform cost analysis by country/region. 

What you’ll need

  • 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Great administrative and organizational skills.
  • High level of English proficiency.
  • Expert Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
