
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned players, ensuring regular communication and a personalized approach to each user;
Execute engagement strategies to increase activity, deposits, and retention, following defined VIP and CRM initiatives;
Deliver weekly campaigns, bonuses, and offers tailored to user behavior, ensuring proper follow-up and performance tracking;
Manage a portfolio of users, monitoring activity, identifying risks (churn, inactivity), and taking proactive actions to reactivate and retain players;
Track key metrics such as deposits, NGR, activity, and retention within their portfolio, ensuring alignment with team targets;
Provide a high-quality, responsive, and personalized experience across all communication channels (WhatsApp, calls, email);
Work closely with CRM, Customer Support, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, offers, and user experience;
Share player insights, trends, and feedback to support strategy improvements and identify new opportunities;
Ensure accurate execution of processes, timely follow-ups, and proper use of internal tools and systems.
Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken);
At least 3-4 years of experience in client-facing roles such as Account Management, Customer Success, CRM, or Sales;
Proven experience in client relationship management, with the ability to build trust, drive engagement, and deliver a personalized customer experience;
Exposure to working with performance metrics (e.g., revenue, retention, activity), with a solid understanding of how to manage and improve them;
Experience in fast-paced, target-driven environments, managing a portfolio of clients or accounts;
Strong communication skills, with experience engaging clients through multiple channels (calls, messaging apps, email).
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills;
