Project Description

The project focuses on building and evolving Salesforce-based enterprise solutions that support core Sales and Service workflows. You will act as a technical anchor within delivery teams, owning complex implementations and ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with modern Salesforce capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, and declarative tools;
• Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs;
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions;
• Perform code reviews and ensure quality, performance, and security standards;
• Coordinate technical work with offshore Salesforce developers;
• Support CI/CD pipelines, releases, and production stability;
• Collaborate closely with Product, Delivery, and Integration teams;
• Participate in troubleshooting and continuous platform improvement;

Job Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience;
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce security model;
• Experience building and consuming REST / SOAP integrations;
• Understanding of asynchronous and event-driven patterns;
• Experience working in Agile environments;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams;
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I;
• English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher;
