As a Lead Software Engineer, you are a recognized subject matter expert and a driving force behind our technical execution. You manage large projects and processes with limited oversight, ensuring that our departmental goals are met through high-quality delivery and operational excellence. You are a bridge between strategy and execution, influencing practices within and outside your immediate team.
Operational Execution: You won't just hit targets; you’ll drive the operational excellence that defines our department’s success and moves the needle for the whole team.

Experience: Proven record (7+ years) of delivery of complex software development projects or products.
Technologies and Languages:
Hands-on experience with front-end and back-end web technologies.
Proficiency in Java is essential, complemented by a strong working knowledge of Python.
Architectural Depth:
Architectural understanding of modern Cloud architectures, and practical experience implementing them in either AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Fluency in architectural and design patterns to build high-performance, secure, and maintainable web applications.
A strong commitment to industry best practices, including clean code, modular design, and robust CI/CD pipelines.
Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of SQL and relational database concepts; familiarity with NoSQL is a plus.
Technical Acumen:
Ability to decompose complex problems into well-described, realistic-to-estimate tasks.
Proficiency in leveraging modern developer and AI tooling to accelerate the development lifecycle and optimize code quality.
Mentorship: Desire and ability to mentor other team members, transferring your expertise across teams.
Language: Working English proficiency.
