Lead Software Engineer
The Lead Software Engineer designs and evolves core services within the NICE CXone platform, building scalable cloud systems that support enterprise customers worldwide. This role combines strong software engineering fundamentals with modern development practices, including AI-assisted engineering tools and agentic workflows that accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
Engineers in this role collaborate closely with product managers, system analysts, and architects while mentoring other engineers and driving solutions to complex platform challenges.
