Our Learning and Development team has an opening for a Learning Design Specialist. This role can be based in the following cities.
Position Summary:
Join the team at DLR Group as a Learning Design Specialist in this impactful, brand-new role for the firm. We’re looking for someone passionate about elevating the human experience through design and helping to foster our culture of lifelong learning. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to maintain, design, and create engaging firm-specific learning experiences that inspire growth and strengthen connection across the firm. You’ll monitor and expand our CEU-accredited offerings while co-owning the day-to-day management, implementation, and continuous evolution of our learning platform.
Learning and Development is part of the HR team which has grown significantly over the past five years and continues to serve as a trusted partner across the firm. You’ll join a collaborative and supportive team that values partnership, brings a sense of fun to our work, celebrates wins, and works together to drive meaningful impact.
