Learning & Development Coordinator

About this role

Are you passionate about optimizing learning experiences and driving training success?

As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will play a central role in managing training administration, maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS), and supporting operational excellence across all L&D activities.

In this role, you will oversee the coordination of internal and external training, provide first‑line triage for training requests, and work closely with training providers and internal stakeholders to support seamless logistics and service delivery. You will also contribute to the ongoing development of training content and reporting that drives meaningful insights and improvements.

This position is integral to enabling an effective, well‑organised, and continuously improving learning environment that supports the wider L&D strategy.

 

Key Objectives

  • Enhance Learning Operations: Streamline the planning, scheduling, and administration of training programmes and events.
  • Strengthen LMS Utilisation: Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date LMS content, monitor user engagement, and produce regular performance reports.
  • Support Employee Learning: Act as the first point of contact for training enquiries, providing initial guidance and triaging requests appropriately.
  • Provider & Logistics Coordination: Build strong relationships with training providers, ensuring high‑quality delivery and effective logistical arrangements.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Support the evaluation of learning activities, contributing to enhanced content development, learner experience, and training outcomes.

About You

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in LMS platforms and MS Office.
  • Ability to manage data, generate reports, and analyse training effectiveness.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Open and willing to travel as and when required
