About this role
LTS is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide mental health and behavioral health services in an ICE detention facility. This position allows you to use your clinical expertise to support detainees’ mental well-being while working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW).
- Current, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the U.S.
- Minimum of three (3) years of direct clinical experience, including suicide prevention and crisis intervention.
- Current BLS certification.
- Must be a U.S citizen.
- Must be up to date with immunization.
- Successful completion of federal background checks and ICE/DHS suitability determination.
- Ability to obtain and maintain ICE ERO/DHS clearance.
Nice To Have:
- Experience providing mental health and/or substance use treatment.
- Experience in high-stress, secure, or correctional environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
