The Role
We’re looking for a Manager of FP&A – Corporate to innovate, collaborate, and grow with us. This role can be hybrid if you’re within commuting distance to Portsmouth, NH, or fully remote within the Eastern Time Zone.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without restriction. Visa sponsorship or transfers are not available.
Position Summary
In this role, you’ll partner closely with the VP of FP&A, CFO, and SVP of Finance while building strong relationships across the leadership team. You’ll help elevate the analytical capabilities of our corporate FP&A function and contribute to a smart, creative, fast-moving team where you can make an impact from day one.
How You’ll Contribute
• Partner with business leaders to drive financial and operational success
• Prepare financial reporting for management and Board of Directors meetings
• Consolidate, analyze, and report on company-wide revenue and expenses
• Lead global budgeting, forecasting, and C-suite reporting
• Collaborate daily with Finance and Accounting teams
• Influence decisions and drive strategic improvements across the organization
What We’re Looking For
• Proven success driving efficiency and growth through cross‑functional partnership
• 6+ years of progressive experience; software, payments, or PE‑backed experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Experience preparing financial reporting for management and Board of Directors meetings
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial insights
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy
• Experience with Adaptive Planning
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive under deadlines
• Solution‑oriented mindset with strong judgment and responsiveness
