Loop Earplugs · Antwerp, BE

onsitefull-timemid level

About this role

We are Loop

Loop Earplugs is reinventing how people experience the world by enabling them to live life at their own volume. 2024 was a pivotal year at Loop – we hit 14,000,000 earplugs sold, were named ‘The Best Earplugs for Concerts’ by The New York Times, and expanded our product offering to a complete range of solutions for day and night. Oh – and not to mention making history as the first company to win Deloitte’s Fast 50 Belgium twice.

But this is just the beginning. As we continue to develop disruptive products, we’re constantly on the lookout for the next big idea - and building a team who can make it happen.

Being a Looper means making a difference. Whatever your role, this is your stage to make a real impact and bring your ideas to life. Better yet, you’ll join a fast-growing, global team of 250+ people who are passionate, down-to-earth and eager to tackle challenges together.

Drive creative thinking that performs—and build the workflow that powers it

This is your chance to lead strategy for campaigns that hit business goals and make people feel something. At Loop, creative isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about results. As Manager, Growth Creative Strategy, you’ll own the link between performance data and creative direction, guiding how the brand shows up across Paid Social touchpoints. You’ll help shape work that’s not only scroll-stopping, but conversion-driving—while keeping Loop’s distinct voice and design at the center.
In this role, success is not only about ideas, but about structure: how briefs are built, how creative gets produced, and how fast high-quality assets reach media. If you’re ready to bring strategic clarity to a high-performing team that moves fast and thinks big, this role is built for you.

Lead strategy across performance marketing—create briefs that drive impact

As Manager, Growth Creative Strategy, you’ll transform business objectives and channel forecasts into clear, actionable creative direction. You’ll work closely with Paid Social, Product Marketing, and our in-house Studio to align on priorities and translate them into high-impact campaigns.
You’ll own the bridge between Paid Social and Creative, including briefing quality, production feedback loops, and asset readiness. You’ll also help scale our AI-enabled briefing workflow, ensuring AI-generated briefs are refined, usable, and platform-ready. With high creative volume and major Meta investment, this role is critical to keeping quality, speed, and performance aligned.

Your other responsibilities:

  • Turn Paid Social forecasts into actionable briefing plans and creative production priorities (Meta-first; TikTok/YouTube in scope)
  • Own the consolidated creative request workflow and prioritisation across squads and channels to keep the pipeline fast, focused, and predictable
  • Translate performance data into a clear creative agenda: what to make next, what to iterate, what to pause, and what to scale
  • Refine AI-generated briefs into high-quality, execution-ready direction (hypothesis, audience, hook, message, format, platform requirements)
  • Build repeatable testing frameworks (message hierarchies, testing roadmaps, iteration cadences) so learning compounds over time
  • Provide real-time feedback to Studio during production; ensure output is platform-native, on-brand, and aligned to the brief
  • Perform creative QA before media upload (specs, naming, variations, messaging accuracy, and readiness for launch)
  • Track and improve creative operations and performance metrics (burn rate, thumb-stopping rate, performance longevity, cost-per-asset, on-time delivery)
  • Maximise smart asset reuse across placements, formats, and platforms to scale winners efficiently
  • Lead agency and freelancer collaboration, embedding 4 studio freelancers into Paid Social ways of working (cadence, ownership, feedback loops)
  • Stay ahead of platform shifts, digital culture and creative best practices to keep Loop’s creative fresh and relevant
  • Host quarterly deep-dive learning sessions with Studio (e.g., workshops with partners like Meta on platform shifts and best practices)

How you’ll succeed as a Growth Creative Strategy Manager

  • You’ll bring a balance of strategic focus and creative instinct.
  • You think in frameworks, but speak like a human.
  • You’re comfortable being the voice of clarity in cross-functional teams, giving direction that sharpens ideas instead of softening them.
  • You know what good looks like—and how to get there without slowing the team down. Most of all, you care about outcomes and craft in equal measure.
  • You’re highly organized, analytically strong, and confident pushing agendas across teams to keep priorities moving.
  • You can navigate change, manage multiple stakeholders, and combine human creative judgment with AI-enabled execution.

These key competences will set you up for success:

  • 8+ years of experience in creative strategy or production with a performance/growth marketing focus, with at least 2 years managing creative teams or complex cross-functional campaigns
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing dynamics in a fast-scaling DTC or consumer brand environment
  • Strong track record translating performance data into creative direction and measurable outcomes
  • Experience operating in high-volume creative systems (e.g., 100+ briefs/month)
  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and internal creative stakeholders in parallel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when briefing and aligning teams
  • Analytical mindset and experience iterating based on creative performance data
  • Proven AI adaptiveness: practical experience using AI tools to improve briefing, workflow quality, and production speed
