As Manager, Growth Creative Strategy, you’ll own the link between performance data and creative direction, guiding how the brand shows up across Paid Social touchpoints. As Manager, Growth Creative Strategy, you’ll transform business objectives and channel forecasts into clear, actionable creative direction. You’ll work closely with Paid Social, Product Marketing, and our in-house Studio to align on priorities and translate them into high-impact campaigns.
You’ll own the bridge between Paid Social and Creative, including briefing quality, production feedback loops, and asset readiness. You’ll also help scale our AI-enabled briefing workflow, ensuring AI-generated briefs are refined, usable, and platform-ready. With high creative volume and major Meta investment, this role is critical to keeping quality, speed, and performance aligned.
