The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) is an MLS soccer club serving the greater Los Angeles area. POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for developing and managing digital marketing campaigns across email, text, and app communications, with a focus on growth marketing, new digital revenue opportunities, and achieving LAFC business goals. This individual will have a direct hand in developing strategies for various internal departments, such as but not limited to ticketing, partnerships, retail, and concessions, working cross-collaboratively and cross-functionally. Thus, the ideal candidate will have the ability to extract data, produce insights from a myriad of sources, including internal resources and external secondary research, and. be able to leverage strategic insights to develop creative solutions. This role also requires hands-on creative execution and project management skills, including writing compelling marketing copy, independently creating and refining visual assets, and organizing, prioritizing, and managing campaigns and deliverables across multiple channels to ensure projects stay on track and on time.
Candidates moving forward in the process will be asked to complete a project demonstrating their positional fit.
This role reports to the VP, Business and Data Strategy.
LAFC is currently operating on a hybrid work model with a minimum of 2 in-office days per week. Please note that this may vary by role, and your scheduled in-office days are up to the discretion of your supervisor.

SALARY RANGE
At LAFC, we carefully consider a wide range of factors to determine a fair and equitable compensation package. The final offer amount will consider a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to skill sets; relevant experience and training. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure guidelines, the compensation range for this role is $95,000 - $110,000 per year.
