We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Recruiting Manager to lead our Talent Acquisition efforts. Reporting directly to the VP of People, you will be responsible for building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing recruiting team while managing critical senior-level hiring across our Go-To-Market (GTM) and Technical organizations. As a key leader within the People team, you will partner with executive leadership to develop scalable recruitment strategies, optimize our hiring processes, and ensure we are attracting diverse, top-tier talent that aligns with our mission in the EdTech space.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Strategic Leadership: You will act as a core partner to our leadership team, responsible for building and scaling our GTM and Engineering organizations during a period of high growth. Translate business priorities into clear, actionable hiring plans.
  • People Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of recruiters, focusing on individual professional development, fostering a culture of excellence, and managing for continuous improvement and growth.
  • Operational Excellence & Delivery: Own end-to-end recruiting performance, including req prioritization, funnel health, and time-to-fill. Through leadership of the team you will ensure consistent, high-quality execution across roles while balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Stakeholder Partnership & Influence: Lead the team to partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to define role scope, align on hiring criteria, and drive effective interview processes. Coach stakeholders to make strong, timely hiring decisions and maintain a high talent bar.
  • Process Innovation: You will identify areas for improvement within the recruitment lifecycle and implement data-driven solutions to streamline hiring and enhance our employer brand.
  • Data-Driven Influence: You will leverage compensation and market insights from tools like UKG and Salary.com to inform hiring strategy.
  • Global Impact: You will oversee recruitment strategies for our growing international contractor population, specifically in LATAM (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina) and the Philippines, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance considerations.
  • Candidate Experience: Champion a compelling and consistent candidate experience while strengthening our employer brand to attract top talent in competitive markets.
  • Full Cycle Recruiting for Key Roles: Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for key roles ensuring rigorous and expedited vetting, minimizing time-to-fill for positions vital to achieving core business objectives.

About You:

  • You have 8+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience within a SaaS environment, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
  • You are adept at identifying employee strengths and weaknesses, providing opportunities for professional growth, and mentoring.
  • You are adaptable and resilient, thriving in fast-paced environments, which requires the flexibility to embrace change, manage stress, and guide teams through adversity.
  • You possess a deep understanding of the GTM function (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and Technical roles, including the key metrics for success, such as revenue per head.
  • You are highly proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (specifically Greenhouse) and compensation benchmarking tools.
  • You have exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to articulate vision clearly, listen actively, and provide constructive feedback to ensure team alignment. 
  • You have a genuine passion for building diverse, inclusive, and high-performing teams within the k-12 education technology sector.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US.

Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s individual skills, qualifications, and experience. Total compensation for this role also includes incentive stock options and benefits. 

Base Compensation Range
$125,000—$140,000 USD
