This position is fundamental to the definition and execution of the social media content strategy for the Under 18 (minors' accounts) and UV (high-income accounts) segments. The focus is on meeting the specific KPIs of both the department and the company, supporting business objectives by segment.
Strategic Oversight: Monitor the development of social media strategic planning for Uunder18 and UV, including influencer marketing content.
Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in messaging, tone of voice, and creative/production excellence across all social media content.
Operational Coordination: Coordinate content production operations, ensuring process alignment between internal stakeholders and external partners.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and ensure that all content aligns with and meets the department’s established metrics.
Project Management: Assist in end-to-end project management—including deadlines, briefings, and budgets—and take responsibility for internal control documents and processes.
Quality Assurance: Supervise final content before publication, ensuring asset excellence and strict adherence to the defined strategy.
Process Improvement: Suggest and help implement new processes to optimize the department's operations.
Data-Driven Strategy: Maintain and adjust the content strategy based on the performance of published assets.
Solid Experience: A strong track record in social media content strategy and creative management.
Proven experience coordinating content production, managing deadlines and projects, and aligning multiple stakeholders (both internal and external).
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
Capacity to thrive in fast-paced environments that require constant change and adaptation, while maintaining seamless collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
