Merchant Development Specialist

The Hungarian Wolt was founded in 2018 and now we are in more than 100 cities, working with more than 6000 restaurant and retail partners around the country. Our mission is to make cities better by empowering and growing local communities. To do so, we want to make the busy lives of our customers a bit easier, offer local stores and restaurants additional sales and visibility and offer flexible earning opportunities for courier partners.

In the Merchant Development team, some managers are looking after their own merchant portfolio and some other team members are responsible for certain areas. Now we are searching for a manager to own the third party fulfillment project and Wolt’s packaging website and to assist in the implementation of new product developments in Hungary.

What you’ll be doing:

• Find and onboard new partners to our fulfillment centre Develop new ideas and help to execute strategies to boost fulfilment popularity both internally and externally 
• Prepare regular reports for management on project performance and suggested improvements 
• Prepare regular reports to your fulfilment partners and suggest improvements
• Owning the packaging website end to end while liaising with the global and local team on improvements and day to day tasks
• Assist the Merchant team with other projects, especially regarding product launches

Our humble expectations:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a professional environment
• Great analytical skills and Excel knowledge.
• Interpersonal skills as you will be working with a lot of different people
• Being tech-savvy and a quick learner.
• Experience in administration.
• Fluency in Hungarian and English.
• Driver's license.
