About this role
We are looking for a Motion Designer / Video Editor to create engaging videos and animations that help people understand our product.You will work closely with the marketing team to produce content for social media, advertising, and company events while following brand guidelines.This role has a direct impact on marketing performance your work will be seen by thousands of users across different markets.
Responsibilities
- Create short videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Produce animations for company events (intros, loops, presentations)
- Adapt and localize videos for different countries and languages
- Scale content production (creating multiple variations from master videos)
- Use Adobe After Effects templates and AI tools to speed up production
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams from concept to final delivery
- Edit existing footage for recaps, ads, and event videos
- Ensure all videos follow brand guidelines and visual standards
- Stay updated with motion design, social media, and fintech video trends
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in motion design and video editing
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma
- Understanding of design basics: layout, typography, colors, composition
- Strong sense of timing and rhythm in video
- Experience using AI tools in creative workflows
- Experience adapting or localizing video content
- English level: Intermediate or higher (written and spoken)
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Open to feedback and able to explain creative decisions
- Experience working in a team environment
Will Be a Plus
- Experience with 3D tools like Cinema 4D or Blender
- Experience creating content for LATAM, SEA, or MENA regions
- Basic knowledge of sound design and audio-video synchronization
- Experience working with SaaS, fintech, or product-based companies
- Familiarity with Jira
